I am Paul McIntosh and as a domestic energy assessor, I have been carrying out energy performance certificate tests (EPC’s) throughout the Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland and Durham areas since 2008. I am fully accredited and insured with Elmhurst Energy Systems Limited. Whether you are an estate agent or a private customer, you can always count on me to offer EPC for domestic and commercial properties. I guarantee a very quick turnaround. I usually process the certificate within 24 hours of the inspection. The EPC can be emailed in PDF format or colour printed and sent by post.
